This isn't a typical internship. No busywork. No tutorials. Real code, real users, real impact.

What We're Looking For

Can read code. Any code. Python, Dart, TypeScript, hand you a file and you can figure it out.

Problem solver. You don't wait for instructions. You see a problem, you dig in.

Builder. You've shipped something, an app, a project, a tool. Show us what you've built.

Local to Arizona. Can commute to Tempe daily. May is fully in-office.

How to Apply

AI Engineer Intern

May 1 to July 31, 2026 Frontend + Backend + Infra Unpaid · Mentorship-Driven

When we started our first jobs, we were fortunate to have senior engineers who invested their time in us, who mentored us, challenged us, and shaped who we are today. That culture of learning by doing real work alongside experienced people is something we rarely see anymore. This internship is our way of bringing it back. Two co-founders, 15+ years experience each, building AI products, and you, shipping production code from day one.

Email careers@augmentailabs.com with:

1. Your resume as an .html file. Not a PDF. Make it look like a web page. Style it. This tells us more about you than any Word doc.

2. Links to your work. GitHub/GitLab, apps on App Store or Play Store, websites, anything you've shipped.

3. This is the product you'll be working on: sign up at crewtron.ai (30 days free). Explore it, quotes, invoices, contracts, profitability engine, the whole platform. Write a one-page document about what you see. What does it do? Who is it for? What impressed you?

4. After exploring Crewtron, tell us one feature you would build if you joined the team. Why does it matter? How would you approach it? This is the product you'll ship code for, show us you get it.

No cover letters. No LinkedIn. No "Dear Hiring Manager." Just your HTML resume, your work, and your thoughts on our product.
